Why companies choose InkExpo.

A local team that knows the Las Vegas show floor and owns the result, not a distant website.

Minutes from every hall

We are based in Las Vegas, not three states away. Your graphics travel across town instead of across the country, and a last-minute change is a courier ride, not a missed opening.

One team, start to finish

Planning, artwork, production, delivery and installation run through one team and one point of contact. No juggling a printer, a fabricator, a freight company and an installer.

We know the show floor

Advance warehouse windows, targeted move-in times, material handling charges, rigging deadlines and venue rules. We plan around them so you don’t learn them the expensive way.

Built for show deadlines

We schedule backwards from your move-in date and tell you early if anything is at risk. When a deadline is tight, same-day and 48-hour production are available on many jobs.

Consistent brand color

Fabric, vinyl, rigid board and paper all react differently to ink. We proof and match so your backwall, counter and handouts look like they belong together.

Support during show week

Show weeks don’t keep business hours. Our support line is staffed around the clock during major shows for reprints, fixes and emergencies.

What exhibitors should know

Las Vegas shows are large, unionized and tightly scheduled. The rules are manageable when you know them in advance.

Advance warehouse or show site

Your general contractor accepts freight weeks early at an advance warehouse, or only during your move-in window at the show dock. Missing a window costs money.

Material handling

Freight is billed by weight with minimums. Lighter fabric graphics and well-packed kits keep those charges down.

Hanging sign deadlines

Overhead signs need rigging orders placed well before the show, with weights on file.

Venue rules

Height limits, fire ratings and who may install what vary by show and hall.

Figures approximate, based on LVCVA reporting and industry trade show rankings.

How we work.

A clear process, the same every time, so nothing depends on luck.

  1. Consultation

    Understand the goal

We learn about your show, space, audience and budget, review the exhibitor manual or site requirements, and recommend what to produce.

  2. Planning

    Timeline and budget

You get a written proposal with pricing and a schedule built backwards from your deadline, including warehouse and rigging dates.

  3. Artwork

    Files and proofs

Use your designers or ours. Our prepress team checks every file and sends proofs for approval. Nothing is produced without your sign-off.

  4. Production

    Made and checked

Everything is produced, finished and inspected, then tagged and packed to match your booth or site plan.

  5. Delivery

    Delivered and installed

Delivered to the venue, warehouse or your location, and installed by our crew or coordinated with your exhibit house.

  6. Afterward

    Support and storage

We stay on call during your show, and can store, inspect and refresh your graphics for the next one.

Your show date is our starting line.

Tell us the show, the booth and the deadline. We work backward from your date and come back with a plan, pricing and a proof.

Questions we hear often.

Can’t find your answer? Ask our team.

How far ahead should we contact you before a show?

Three to four weeks is comfortable for a full booth program, and it leaves room for proofs and warehouse deadlines. If your date is closer, call us. Many jobs can be produced much faster.

Do you work with our existing booth or exhibit house?

Yes. We regularly produce replacement graphics for existing hardware and work alongside exhibit houses, I&D crews and show contractors.

Do you only work in Las Vegas?

No. Everything is made in our Las Vegas shop, and we ship it anywhere in the country: to a show in another city, your office, a store or a warehouse. Local projects get delivery and installation from our own crew.

Can you deliver directly to the Las Vegas Convention Center or a Strip venue?

Yes. We deliver to LVCC, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay, Caesars Forum, Resorts World and MGM Grand during your move-in window, or ship to your contractor’s advance warehouse.

What if something is damaged or wrong during the show?

Call our show-week line. Many graphics can be reprinted the same day and couriered to your booth.

Do you offer accounts for companies that exhibit or produce events often?

Yes. Trade accounts include contract pricing, net-30 terms, stored brand standards and a dedicated project manager.

Tell us about your next show or project.

We’ll review your space, schedule and goals and come back with recommendations, a timeline and a proposal.
